I am very proud that today I made 23000 steps on my pedometer. The beginnings were hard and I was happy to make 10k.But something strange happened after one week…I wanted to go out more and more. Especially on the days as today as it was beautiful sunny day. I reckon people start to appreciate the great outdoor more and more after events that started this year. Make sure you check the paths in your surroundings and allocate two times a day time to either go for walk or run. You will notice the difference in your body after few days and you will sleep better. I will start to post photos and notes from my everyday little journeys so I can keep you updated.
